NYRR Five-Borough Series

Run New York. Five Boroughs. One City 

The 2018 NYRR Five-Borough Series kicked off with the United Airlines NYC Half on March 18. Races in the 2018 series are:

United Airlines NYC Half (March 18)
A spectacular tour of New York City, from Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, across the Manhattan Bridge to the Lower East Side, through Times Square, and finishing in iconic Central Park.

Popular Brooklyn Half (May 19)
A fast, fun course through the borough with attitude, finishing at the world-famous Coney Island boardwalk.

NYRR Queens 10K (June 16)
A speedy course through beautiful Flushing Meadows Corona Park, perfect for kicking off your TCS New York City Marathon training.

New Balance Bronx 10 Mile (September 30)
General entry is near capacity.
A chance to enjoy the special character of the city’s northernmost borough, with a start and finish near Yankee Stadium.

NYRR Staten Island Half (October 14)
General entry is open.
A perfect tune-up run for the TCS New York City Marathon, with beautiful views of New York Harbor and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.

The 2018 NYRR Five-Borough Series showcases New York Road Runners' commitment to the individuals and communities in each borough. More than just five races, the Five-Borough Series—the United Airlines NYC Half, the Popular Brooklyn Half, the NYRR Queens 10K, the New Balance Bronx 10 Mile, and the NYRR Staten Island Half—is a celebration of what makes each borough unique, inspiring, and an amazing place to get out and get moving! Come with us on a runner's journey through the five boroughs of NYC and experience what makes them special. 

Eligibility for entry to the 2019 United Airlines NYC Half will be guaranteed for NYRR members who have an active membership by the last qualifying event of the 2018 NYRR Five-Borough Series (the NYRR Staten Island Half on October 14), and who run four of the following six events in 2018: Fred Lebow Manhattan Half, United Airlines NYC Half, Popular Brooklyn Half, NYRR Queens 10K, New Balance Bronx 10 Mile, and NYRR Staten Island Half.
